i am now sitting at home waiting for a phone call which will tell me there is going to be a bed for me at the hospital overnight. because there wasn't earlier.

gah. this is just absurd messing me around.

I hope it all gets sorted out ok for you -keep us posted as best you can (SMS to LJ?) when you're in, and let us know when/if you're wanting visitors (Bringing grapes or some equivalent of!)

i'll make a post when/if i go in, and will get people to post details of what ward/bed i'm in afterwards.

visiting hours are 2pm to 8pm. visitors very welcome throughout. hopefully should be in just for 2 or 3 nights.
