went psychocandy last night, then realised that when i said that i had the type of headache that loud noise didn't make worse, i was lying. and came back. oh well.
Wendy House (http://www.thewendyhouse.org/) at the student union in Leeds, £5 in, cyber room and trad/goth/rock/metal room. Very nice and friendly. We will be travelling by car (me driving) and back again the same evening (I don't drink at all if I drive) on the Saturday night (15th) probably leaving about 8ish. We have room in the car for 2 possibly 3 afaik, and you'd be welcome to come along, maybe bung us a couple of quid for petrol? You're welcome to bring a friend too if they're car-trained *lol*. Just let me know, no need to say yes or no straight away as we will be going anyway so makes no real difference.
We are destined never ever to meet, afaict! Was going to go to the next Wendyhouse (despite the Filthy Gothics), but didn't realise it was this Saturday, when I will be being glamorous and cosmopolitan in Rome.
Okay, I'll be sitting squished up with my too-long-legs in my too-little-leg-space seat on Ryanair, actually, but *then* I'll be being glamorous and cosmopolitan etc in Rome. ;)
Don't worry, I'll find an excuse to come up to Sheffield sometime. In fact, I'm going up on Saturday 26th November to see VNV Nation. There will be no escape!
