"That's gone, this morning" they said, the bastards. Still, they have my name and number now.

I love my flat, its double glazed, GCH, good value for money and pretty large. The landlord only speaks to me 3 times a year, once for the gas check, once for the fire alarm check and once to wish me Merry christmas. This morning at 8am, the guy arrived putting a "to let" sign on the building as the girl above is moving in with her fiance in Bristol.

Flat 3 - 305 Clarendon Park Road
Moments Estate Agents - 0116 2330052

Couldn't hurt to look right? I looked at mine and within 15 minutes of looking, I phoned the guy to say yes and another couple also said yes so we had to both be weighed up by the estate agents. (I just slaughtered them both). The last time someone moved out, the flat went 1 day after the letting sign went up. Its a popular area so they go quick.
