flat-hunting

Looked at a few flats today, at Eastgate on East Street and at the Exchange Buildings on Rutland Street.

Cheapest was at the East Street one, but rather cramped. For a bit more could get a rather nice one at Rutland Street, but worried about parking there. (not that I drive, but for stuff). Will ponder. Ought to see a few more properties from various people before I make decisions.

update: going to see another one tomorrow lunchtime. woo.

Rutland Street's convenient for Cafe Scientifique...

indeed, the building is Right Opposite.

don't think that's enough to make my mind up though. ;)

East Street might have a secret portal to the East Street in Southampton (and maybe to all the other East Streets that exist around the world), which would be a useful feature.

that would certainly cut down on train fares!

East Street in Walworth too - good for the market.

There is a room at mine that could be available in June. I'm moving out as I've hopefully bought somewhere
