Saw a flat on Lee Circle today. 2 bedrooms, one of which is a bit tiny, and a large kitchen/living area. Landlord needs to let it out quickly, so has been reduced somewhat from normal rate. Comes with carparking space and concierge and stuff. Only downside is lack of bath in bathroom (only a shower). Very tempted, took an application form.
