this (rather insane) week of work, coupled with gigs monday and wednesday, should have absolutely exhausted me. instead, i am only moderately exhausted. yay.

pondered going to see Death From Above 1979 at the Charlotte tonight, but too tired. instead i shall stay in and watch lgbt movies and Yes, Minister.

visiting

secretlondon next weekend. nothing booked in June yet (apart from Suzanne Vega on the 22nd in Coventry!).

my birthday is the 26th next month, a Sunday. I shall be 26 (I wonder if this has some numerological or astrological significance, being the age of your birth date...), which is officially my late 20s. Not quite sure how that happened. Once it comes I'm sure I'll redefine mid 20s again, though, so that's all fine. And at least I can place a tick against my "things I must do before I am 26" list.

well, i obviously meant it in a totally i thought you were a lot younger way of course.

i'm notoriously bad with ages. just look at any of the men i find attractive.

that sounds rather like you are backpedalling in order that i could take it as a compliment! i think i will. i haven't been asked for ID for absolutely ages - but then the only place that really ever asked me for ID anyway, was this one club in southampton that i haven't been to in ages, either. so hmm. i babble.

I'm still late 20s in my head - although I seem to be 30.
