re the radiator, it looks like those ones that just hook over two bits of matal screwed into the wall, so it can probably just be lifted off them

Looks nice, i like the bathroom (although i'm not sure about the strip lighting :), perhaps some tasteful lamps might be in order.

electric heaters==very expensive, so make sure look for a cheap electricity supplier, or if they are storage heathers consider economy 7 if your meter supports it.

I can't zoom in but it looks wired in, not plugging in.

In a private rented flat I guess changing the wiring is verboten...

*advice of the day*

DO NOT attempt rewiring anything, especially if you're in rented accommodation. It is now illegal to do pretty much no more than wire a plug/change a light bulb unless you are a qualified electrician.

Very shiny and smart looking. Electric heaters are evil, but hopefully if it's modern it'll have double glazed windows which means you won't have to run them much.

I hope you enjoy having your own place.
