interesting strip light things ...

re the radiator, it looks like those ones that just hook over two bits of matal screwed into the wall, so it can probably just be lifted off them

I can't zoom in but it looks wired in, not plugging in.

In a private rented flat I guess changing the wiring is verboten...

I like the lighting :)

It is wired in I think. But it is hooked over hooks on the wall.
It might be possible to get permission to move it, but it's a job I'd get someone in to do...

*advice of the day*

DO NOT attempt rewiring anything, especially if you're in rented accommodation. It is now illegal to do pretty much no more than wire a plug/change a light bulb unless you are a qualified electrician.
