went ice-skating with landvaettir at the Natural History Museum friday evening. i hadn't been ice-skating in something like a decade, but ended up propelling myself tolerably well. i didn't even fall over once. except that time when a crazy french man rammed me, and then immediately apologised and offered me his arse.

attended nniaa's birthday drinks last night: good vodka, good company, what more does one need? :)

Our ice rink at Kew Gardens is far better than the Natural History Museum one! You must try it too (I havent been myself yet, must go..)

ooh, that might be handy. how much is it and stuff? we were considering finding somewhere else to skate at because it was fun but expensive.
