morwenGP this evening for various things. Headache-wise I have a script for Propranolol, which I am looking forward to trying.
In a very strange state now. Really ought to eat but don't quite trust myself to cook, and seem to have run out of sandwich filling. I guess I could make toast. Think I may just do that and then go to bed.

This is the first preventative thing I will have tried since 2003, quite excited! (hmm, perhaps I should do an import of my old mono diary to here at some point).
