As witnessed by hazyjayne, today I ate some green stuff, which I believe was spinach. In fact, and don't tell anyone I said this, but it was actually quite tasty.
I can't think of too many green vegetables I really like (as opposed to merely tolerate). Snow peas and fiddleheads (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiddlehead_fern), maybe, though I doubt the latter is available outside northeastern North America. I seem to prefer the taste of things that happen to be colourful: corn (maize), pickled beets, steamed carrots, and especially glazed parsnips!
