morwenmainly for my own reference:
*100g caster sugar
*100g margarine
mix sugar and margarine
add 2 beaten eggs, 100g self-raising flour, mix
add 2 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder, mix
spread margarine on base of cake tin. put the cake batter into the tin, and spread to be roughly flat.
cook at 190C for 25 minutes
