Mixed night.

Went to meet lady_miamew at Jacey's ahead of Retribution. Then I got to one of these random branching points in life. I chose to go left into the left-hand bar to look for her, and circled round to the back, into the right-hand bar, walked past the pool table, and got some horrific abuse shouted at me by some chav scumbags who were playing pool. Utterly shaken, I found Abi and sit down and nearly started crying.

Went to Retribution reasonably soon after that. Lots of people out tonight, particularly good to see Emma who I'd not seen in ages... Had fun dancing in my new boots, although my feet now hurt. (they are barely big enough. hopefully they are broken in now, although it feels like it's my feet that have been broken in). At Retribution, I got a random compliment from some guy - he came up to me, said something like that I was looking the best that he'd seen me looking, and then vanished. It is strange how people's reactions to me vary.

Rather tired now, and my feet hurt. I think next week I'll be wearing my nice oversize flat work boots.

Chav scum aren't worth worrying over unless they are an immediate threat to your safety... They will shout at anyone who doesn't fit their mould and appearance that they have.

So in your case that would be having gelled scraped back hair with some ugly strands hanging over your face... Too much ugly makeup PLASTERED all over your face and the world's biggest gold plated hoop earrings. That's before I get started on chavgirl clothes... Multiple earrings of the goldplated hooped variety + dreadful essex girl accent are a bonus...

I've taken to taking the piss out of Sheffield chavs cos they're pathetic, but I'm much more careful at my mum's which is in Stockport, cos Stockport is the Chav Central of the universe and they are nasty..

I'm not going to repeat it here (i've been able to bring myself to tell exactly two people - lady_miamew and spindr) but it was really quite targetted, and nasty. Jacey's is a rock bar, it's not like they were just shouting at everyone there.

This sort of thing makes me want to get out the flame thrower and use it. I shall imagine flamethrowering the chavs in question so you can continue to stomp.
