piper appears (though i don't think she's outright said it because it would be career death) to be deeply embarrased about the whole teen-pop sensation thing.

I don't dislike her because of that I *heart* teen pop, as well you know!
And, in fact, have her album, the critically acclaimed* "Honey 2 the B." She just seemed a bit of an arse while she was married to The Evans.
