Well, the rightmove.co.uk (http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-6083375.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=rent) entry claims they are newbuilt but does look rather conversion-like. Perhaps in Estate Agentese they are only claiming that the flats are newly built rather than the building...

I looked at them two years ago when i was flat hunting, they were really nice inside but the rent was way too high, topping £500 per month, but maybe thats changed since then.
