Not sure, but if you use a permanent dye, do a skin test with it first. I can't dye my hair with most dyes now, because last time I did, I ended up in much pain, even though I'd used the same kind of dye before without a problem. It's very annoying.
I've tried various colours and they've worked with various success. Hopefully next week I'll actually get my hair cut and dyed at the salon (3rd time of trying). I suspect I'll go for a reddish colour rather than jet black like i did last time. Although a red would require me changing the colours on my falls.. but thats no biggy :)
Be aware as I think you have quite light coloured hair that some of the semi-permanent stuff may stay in your hair for rather a long time. Two friends who have paler hair than you died their hair red and it stayed that way for ages, even tho it was as temporary as you can get.
Do a strand test, and leave it a few days to see if it goes orange or something...
Other than that, red/purple is my favoured colour spectrum. Blue also looks cool, but fades horribly and would almost certainly stain your hair a dirty grey colour.
